1. Terms and Conditions of Use of the Site – Orach Haim Center1. General1.1. This site (hereinafter: "the Site") is operated by the Ahavat Chesed Mizrahi Rishon Lezion Association (AR) (hereinafter: "the Association"), which operates the "Orach Haim Center" in Rishon Lezion.1.2. The site serves as a platform for distributing Torah, information about prayer times at the Orach Haim Center, lessons, Judaism calculators, and also allows donations to be made to the "Magen Ha'ir" fund and the charity activities of the association.1.3. Use of the site is subject to the terms detailed below. Browsing the site and performing actions on it constitute agreement to these terms.1.4. The wording in these terms and conditions is in the masculine form for convenience only, but it is addressed to both women and men.
2. Donations, receipts and cancellations 2.1. The site allows secure donations to the association for the purpose of promoting its goals: charity activities, Torah observance and assistance to those in need. 2.2. Payments on the site are made through secure external payment providers (such as "Nedrim Plus" or other credit companies) that meet the strictest security standards (PCI-DSS). Credit information is not stored on the association's servers or the site. 2.3. The association is a non-profit organization (non-profit institution). Receipts for donations are recognized for tax purposes according to Section 46 of the Income Tax Ordinance (subject to valid approval). The receipt will be sent to the email address entered at the time of donation. 2.4. Donation Cancellation Policy: A donor who wishes to cancel his donation will notify the association within 30 days of the date of donation. The cancellation will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the guidelines of the credit companies, minus clearing and legal processing fees, provided that the funds have not yet been distributed to those in need or used for the purpose of the donation.
3. Intellectual Property 3.1. All content on the site, including Torah lessons, videos, articles, the "Orach Chaim Center" logo, symbols and the site code, are the intellectual property of the association or of third parties who have given the association permission to use them. 3.2. The content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, broadcast or used commercially without prior written permission from the association's management. Personal use for Torah study is permitted and encouraged.
4. Limitation of Liability 4.1. The contents of the site, including the halachic calculators (tithe calculator, circumcision, etc.), are provided as is (AS IS). The association makes an effort to verify their accuracy, but there may be errors, omissions or inaccuracies. 4.2. The halachic calculators and Torah information are intended for assistance and enrichment only and do not constitute a personal halachic ruling or a substitute for individual consultation with a teaching rabbi. 4.3. The association will not be liable for any damage, direct or indirect, that may be caused to the user as a result of using the site, making a donation, or relying on the information that appears therein.
5. Jurisdiction 5.1. These regulations and everything arising from them shall be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. 5.2. The exclusive jurisdiction in any matter related to this website shall be vested in the competent courts in the city of Rishon LeZion or in the Central District.
